With a five-week rotation and seasonal renewal, our menu offers a variety of healthy choices there are based on Canada's Food Guide.
By incorporating our health and wellness program Powering Performance into our menus, students will learn how food options paired with nutrition education, can help them reach their full potential.
Students will have several meal options to choose from on a daily basis:

- 1 soup or salad (small)
- 1 hot entrée
- 1 dessert
- 1 beverage (milk)
Option #2
- 1 soup
- 1 sandwich with a salad
- 1 dessert
- 1 beverage (milk)
Option #3
- 1 soup
- 1 regular salad with a protein
- 1 dessert
- 1 beverage (milk)
